My Mother passed away in January 2011 and I was having difficulties with her bank in releasing papers from their safe deposit vaults. Existing Will was reviewed and a Deed of Variation recommended. Meeting was held with all beneficiaries and agreement reached with all parties. Documentation was prepared for Oath and IHT205 return. All of the above was conducted in a friendly and professional manner with due regard to the grief that the family had suffered.
Following a short meeting with the IWC representative to qualify my requirements I was contacted by a specialist to take my instructions and offer advice. I would like to thank all at IWC (especially Tony Crocker & Paul Baker) who quickly & sympathetically helped my sister & I get probate granted for my late Mother after we had experienced quite an upsetting encounter with a local solicitor.
